Hon. Gelencsér Ferencis the deputy mayor of the 1st district of Budapest. He is the founding member of Momentum, a political party in Hungary. He also served at Balassi Institute-Cultural Service of the Embassy of Hungary in Brussels. He closely followed the situation of Tibetan people during his visit to India in 2013 while working with Tibet World based in Dharamshala, India. He graduated from ELTE (Hungary) and Corvinus university where he studied International Relations and political philosophy. He studied international security at the renewed university of the Sciences Po University of Paris.
