Mr Kai Müller has been the executive director of the International Campaign for Tibet (ICT) in Germany since 2005. The association promotes the self- determination and human rights of Tibetans and maintains offices in Washington, Brussels, Berlin and Amsterdam. The organization is supported by around 15,000 people in Germany. Mr Müller is a jurist and social scientist with a specialization in Social Studies, Political Science, Public Administration by training, having graduated from Humboldt University in Berlin.
