She is a former member of the Tibetan Parliament in exile. She served as the executive member of Tibetan Women\u2019s Association, the single largest Women\u2019s NGO in Tibetan history. She also served as the co-chair of International Tibet Network, which is global coalition of Tibet groups and as the General Secretary of the Tibetan-Chinese PEN Association.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Dhardon has been published as a contributing author in the book \u2018A Force Such as the World Has Never Known:\u00a0Women Creating Change,\u2019 published by INANNA Publications and Education inc in 2013 and is co-authoring along with four other women authors, a book \u2018The Power of the Feminine: Facing Shadow, Evoking Light,\u2019 due for Summer 2019 release.<\/p>\n<p>Dhardon studied at the Tibetan Children\u2019s Village schools. She earned a master\u2019s degree in Communication studies from Madras University, India and a further master\u2019s degree in Counseling studies from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland.
