Greg G.D. Lee, Ambassador Director General, Taiwan

Amb. Lee is an experienced diplomat working in Taiwan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He holds a B.A. in History and a B.B.A. in International Business from National Taiwan University. Currently, Amb. Lee serves as the Director General of the Bureau de Genève, Délégation Culturelle et Économique de Taipei, where he oversees Taiwan’s participation in the UN and its relations with the French-speaking cantons of Switzerland. Previously, he was the Deputy Director General at the Department of International Organization, where he helped manage Taiwan’s engagement with global organizations. Amb. Lee has also served as Director of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in New York, working to advocate Taiwan’s meaningful participation in meetings, mechanisms, and activities in the UN system, particularly those related to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. In addition, he has held roles such as Section Chief of the Department of international organizations, and as Second/Third Secretary at Taiwan’s Representative Office in the U.S. Throughout his diplomatic career, Ambassador Lee has played a pivotal role in advancing Taiwan’s international participation within the United Nations system and beyond.
