Mikuláš Peksa (born 18 June 1986 in Prague) studied biophysics at the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics of the Charles University in Prague focusing on nuclear magnetic resonance and worked as a researcher and a software engineer. He joined the Czech Pirate Party in 2013. In the 2017 Czech legislative election, he was elected a Member of the Chamber of Deputies of the Czech Republic. He was also elected as the Czech Pirate Party politician elected Member of the European Parliament in 2019.
