Tenzin Dalha is a research fellow at the Tibet Policy Institute, Central Tibetan Administration. He received his M. Phil. degree in Journalism and Communication from the University of Madras in 2014. His current field of research is Digital and Chinese Cybersecurity policy. His other research interests include Digital Freedom, Chinese Cybersecurity, surveillance and censorship policies. He has presented papers at various national and international forums and has contributed commentaries to various prestigious platforms. Prior to joining the Tibet Policy Institute, he worked as a freelance journalist contributing mainly through photography and videos for a documentary film.
